Fincantieri ships are in the order of 40,000-150,000 tonnes with drive systems to match. The drive shafts, cranks and gears may be candidates for Ti.
Numbers of bicycles made each year are estimated in the 100 million range. 0.01% of that is 10,000 bicycles a year. A company like Trek makes circa 25,000 a year.

Powder sold could be in very large amounts and the margins are going to count for a lot but the average rate of deposition x the number of spray heads will be the maximum number.

Titomic heads can spray at 34 kg /hour according to their website. Assuming 8 hour/day and 5 day/week that's 1.36 tonnes per week ($0.68 million at $500/kg). 48 weeks gives $32.64 million per annum. Up-time for the machines will be super-critical.
So, to gross 1 billion in a year, that would use 31 machines (with a single head) operating at the above rate. I am ignoring machines and service income as they would be small compared tot the powder.

Feels like it would be achievable in 5 years but not one or two.

CSIRO has a process to reduce the cost of Ti powder production. Wonder if TTT has access to this?
