the problem is BB has no control over the timing on when the sales will go through. he can only claim it is 'imminent' because hospitals can take forever to approve and process purchase orders.
LBT have asserted 4 more sales this year which would have been based on best available knowledge at the time. there is still a chance it will happen this year. and then the SP will take off - it shouldn't be too far off.
