Some positives to be aware of whilst everyone is so down onLBT and as such the depressed share price.

Andreas Hettich GmbH Headquartered in Tuttlingen Germany isone of finest German engineering Companies and they have invested Millions ofdollars first in LBT under the initial Corroboration and since then in the sharedCosts and profits of CCS. I estimate about 20 Million to date, WHY imho becausethe can see that sharing in the profits of CCS will make them a lot of money.

They will ultimately manufacture the APAS in Germany, that’sa large investment in LBTs technology.

Planet Innovations the current Manufacturing partner investedin the last Capital raise some 400K, WHY would they do that, I suggest thathaving had a lot to do with the manufacture of the machine and unlikeAustralian investors, they know the potential.

As stated many times potential customers like what they seewhen the APAS is demonstrated.

Labor Dr Wisplinghoff in Cologne the largest most respectedLab in Germany is helping LBT with the MRSA module and probably the VRE moduleafter that. Why would they, imho because they can see unlike AustralianInvestors that this technology allows them to get results back to theircustomers quicker and quicker saves lives and in addition will help the labbecome more profitable as less time or rather no time is spent on negativeplates. They will get increased market share due to the efficient turnaroundtime with results.

St Vincents again the same reasons as Dr Wisplinghoff

Important difference here is Dr Wisplinghoff processes about6000 plates a day and St Vincents I believe is 400 plates but still they wanteda machine, maybe the market is larger than we think

Autobio diagnostics a leading clinical diagnostic company inChina and shareholder in LBT and I hope later to be a distributor of the APASin China where 1000 machines alone could be sold.

There are some big names there.

    So what are the risks.

I can see that anyone or all of the large players will haveon their white boards names of small and large companies that are potentialtakeover targets and LBT Innovations would clearly be there.

They would be watchingclosely for the next MRSA module and importantly the FDA approval for the APAS Independence.

So is a take over a possibility yes it is

    Autobio is on the register.

Biomerieux is still on the register

Hettich would be also watching to protect their investment would 100% andsoftware royalties be better than 50%.

Copan could sweep and immediately add the APAS to the WASP and have amachine that does everything.

Thermo Fisher, Beckman Dickinson, Beckman Coulter all watching IHMO.

All positives except for the share price, a little sitting DUCK.

At the AGM for those that go, I believe we need to ask why,

    1.      why is it taking so long.

    2.      Why has the 510K supplement not been lodged withthe FDA. You got approval for the compact and you have had the independence fora year, why, I would have thought the FDA 510K should have been submitted lastJanuary when the machine was ready. It should only be documentation, manual vsautomatic, what goes in here comes out there. Why then has the 510K not beensubmitted for approval had it been done earlier it would have assisted in thesales process.

By the way I do believe day traders will send this stock on a wild ridewhen the FDA approval comes.

I also believe that a constant flow of sales will see the pricesteadily rise.

Oddly I agree that management changes might also make the price rise.

In the meantime we are but sitting ducks.
