Fact. Resolution 5 requests a further 10 percent placement facility (on top of previous placement protocols)

Likely outcome , (based on a lack objectives met , lack of predicted sales to date) a substantial reduction in the share price and market cap..

However, Share holders can vote no to Ms Costello’s re election and perhaps Mr Mathwin will fall on his sword.

I know that there are some very qualified people that would make excellent board members and capable of some very heavy lifting..

The current situation is very salvageable.
