I'm not a newby to this site but rather been ghosting for the last 4 months.
I understand everyone frustration but it did occur to me that whilst everyone is down on the board, they have over many years put their own money into this company and that gives me some confidence that all will be well.
Importantly the longer term directors each own millions of shares and would want a greater return on their funds and would not let the company be sold off cheaply.
Bring in new directors that buy at 0.10 cents and 0.15 cents and they would probably be very happy to support a takeover at $0.30 cents and Barnes trotts off to become a bigger cog in a larger international company so he is unlikely to care
So we should consider this scenario as its looking more and more likely.
They will sell machines get FDA approval on the independence and then a larger fish will just swallow them up once the risks are gone, they probably will even apply the AI to the WASP ect.
So consider the importance of having directors that need or want to get a better return on their own investments
Just the last 3 years have seen the following buys by management, even the sells after that meteoric rise were done so that management could excise their options giving them even more shares.
