And with machines tied up for 12 months in trials does that mean there are no other machines to lend for other 6 week trials....seems to me that the trial and sales plans are completely adhoc and based on what you are saying time frames are slipping further and further away......seems like 1 sale every 12 months....is it just me or does BB seem completely incompetent.
