Their latest annual report describes their various "principles"
Principle 6 "Respect the Rights of Shareholders"
"The company has policies and procedures on information disclosure that focus on continuous disclosure of any information...that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect ... blah..blah ... These policies and procedures also include the arrangements the company has in place to promote communication with shareholders....etc blah..blah.."
We better hope they manage their magnesium plant better than their principles.
