Will Crown be able to maintain the "loyalty" of its Whales or will they gamble elsewhere?
The answer i guess is that they will need to attract "New" whales from other countries. Crown is a great marketer and I am sure they will be back stronger than ever once the dust settles.
It is a very valid point moving forward and trying to assess the impact to the business in the short/medium/long term.
