Crown Class Action Proposed, page-5

I don't see this class action going anywhere. For one they are going to need proof of crown doing the wrong thing and i don't think the Chinese govenment are going to freely give that evidence over to some Australian lawyer. Thats even IF the Chinese government have any real evidence of crown doing the wrong thing. Also what is considered evidence of wrong doing in china might not be considered strong enough evidence in Australia.
