I think a Crossed Trade normally indicates Trades between Two Clients of the same Broker and from my experience a Share Price tends to Fall or just holds after Crossed Trades. I remember this well from seeing a many Crossed Trades in THR at around 22 Cents before THR weakened in price and this looks to be a trend here in FWL and because of this I have changed my Sentiment of FWL to Light Sell just for now.
