I see the tool is still playing around with this stock - a 5555 14c sell order to knock the price back from 16c. No big potatoes, but IMO this is not a good sign of the type of investor that is trying to accumulate this. Obviously a market manipulator, and this behaviour will likely morph into props once their position is large enough.

Remember Mr 1 0000 000 buy prop?

Sad, but we must all consider the possibility that this is being set up for another prop and dump operation.
