Could just be people getting out before the quarterly.
If RENT does become the next big thing, it will be a few quarters away I would expect - the short term cash burn is inevitable and required for a company of this type.
Expect though that with cash outflows some people with short-term mindsets will panic sell and a few people might be getting out prior to avoid being caught up in it - or perhaps plan on trying to re-enter if/when that happens.
