The bes possible scenario I can conjure up is that management have been extremely naive in theIr exuberant and overly optimistic forecasts. The worst is that investors have been deliberately misled in a multinational fraud in cooperation with corrupt officials at foreign government institutions.

Now does either situation look like the sort of company one should be investing in?
