I understand that as a shareholder I have no say ATM. FH reccomend the DOCA variation, if accepted creditors may get 21 - 26 cents in the dollar (21% - 26%), if not they will get 100% of nothing. I can only assume that some of the creditors will also be shareholders, therefore it follows that they increase their chances of some cash return expidetially by accepting the DOCA variation.
