Yes GH, this could devastate business as we know it in Australia.

It seems to be one of those pieces of legislation that has slipped in under the radar.

The Government are talking as if the case against Linc is proven. There is no such judgement and on the weak evidence there is never likely to be. The fact that they were committed to stand trial is nothing as no magistrate from Roma was ever going to make such a career destroying decision as to say there was no case at all against Linc.
