Yeah fair question.
6 months ago I felt 100% confidence in the board. Today I feel 60% confident. Just before JC resigned, I felt 0% confidence.
Using your analogy of a car and driver, CAJ (the business) reminds me of a reliable seven year old Holden Commodore in good mechanical condition and the driver (CAJ mgmt) reminds me of a 25yo who has up till now had a good driving record but recently scraped along a telegraph pole and incurred some damage. Drivers excuse was: "I saw a cutie in a miniskirt at the bus stop and I lost concentration".
So I ask myself, did the driver learn from this experience, or will history repeat itself?
