I'm always skeptical with the junior analysts and analysts at banks making sweeping claims for a share price to be Outperform. I've seen on many occassions where the same bank that says Outperform today is the same bank a month or two later that says, Underperform on the same stock. Funny that eh!!! So my advice is to ignore the banks. Wilsom HTM are better judges of the LNG market than the banks.
