The Company received notification on 6 July 2007 via ASX form 604 of a change in
the notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') of Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited and each of its related
bodies corporate in the Credit Suisse Group. Further to recent purchases, Credit
Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited now holds 6,005,000 Shares representing
approximately 5.02 per cent. of the issued share capital.
