credit spreads

if news is correct on reduction in premiums on libor rates,from a peak of 450 pts above base rate to a more manageable 50 basis points even given an increase in base rates the spread reduction might dramatically improve the cash flow position of reits,perhaps renewed confidence could loft the sp. to at least nta although i think there should be a premium to nta ,yep i am still sitting this is a long trade
and who knows,any change to the dividend given we are at historical lows could make this the opportunity of a lifetime,you cant eat the sp. but dividends you can, or use the cashflow for trading, momentum trading is a great temptation however it is also tempered with the knowledge that it is inevitable you will lose money,the current dividend on mof is so good i am not leaving anytime soon
