dallas' substantial shareholder notice says 10million aqcquired (which matches SL's sell down), but the change in directors notice only notes a 5 million acquisition. either way, that is a fair chunk to purchase.
he would know the business better than anyone, as well as its immediate prospects in the UK with metronet as he personally manages this relationship.
