Can do both - plenty of other companies have made the transition Resource to Miner whilst continuing on with exploration, both JH (MOD) and TG (JV MTR) have proven experience in this area from "find to mine".
I expect MOD will canvass all development options noting finance (cap)ability relative to the size of the prize.
