    It would just give a more solid guideline to me for valuation purposes. I believe it will happen though (MTR selling their stake in T3)

    I have read the Dowgate report.

    I know impossible to determine complete resources for MOD, but would give an indicaion of what the bigger players value it at. (Just T3 alone)

    This imo is a unique opportunity. We just dont know how good yet.
