a promise is a promise - and watso mentioned something about inside info. how can a person make a promise, if he has no idea.

some companies leak like a sieve. however, sticking to facts - the company has mentioned something about a rights issue - to raise $1.5m - after paying for outstanding loans - that leaves $1m for the company - which means another issue is 6 months time.

at the present share price, an issue would have to be made at .75c - and maybe throw in a free option - that will bring the issued capital, up to 700m shares, as well as heaps of options.
