    I wonder if Lee knows just how much power/control he could exert from redeeming his convertible note now.

    GMC would need to come up with $1.0m or be forced into voluntary administration, where Lee could look to seize control of the entire company.

    If i were Lee I'd just wait until the Acuity Capital short sell is finished, then pounce for control.
