    May I suggest it has something to do with Transerv Montney just guessing.

    If GGE were to buy Transerv Montney he would pocket a sizable cash prize. Transerv Montney is now private and holding a lot of oil and gas areas this guy has total control and would make sense for one company with a cash flow to hold the lot
