The figures seem a bit off here, tax on kegs either $34.00 or $49.00 PER LITRE ? So as a shareholder every Gage beer I buy I could claim it as a tax deduction as either promotional outlay, research and development or quality control monitoring, then claim the tax back? (He He).
Seriously i think the tax is a % not a $ factor, regardless a 30% reduction in tax payment on kegs is a welcome change and with the volume of keg sales growing it will benefit the bottom line .
