Still maintain ROC is losing out here.
The share price will probably do well post transaction but the dilution is going to kill ROC share holder returns.
Also it's interesting that through the presentation they are trying to push that the deal is locked in and can't be changed. The change of control will be the shareholder vote on the deal they don't need a formal vote afterwards if people vote for a board against the transaction.
From my limited reading horizon is going to have a very week cash balance given their major project are still some time away. Wouldn't have made more sense to wait for a capital raising and buy a stake then if they wanted the growth exposure?
