Thanks for the, very informative, reply tinhat ... basically I agree with your assessment re the two co's. but actually believe they are both at a discount to true value and, with that in mind, bought-in to ROC as soon as I read the announcement (been holding HZN for awhile) .
I'm full aware that the unsolicited offer for ROC has a greater than 50% chance of being revealed as a 'deal blocking ploy' only ... but that leaves >40% chance that a SE Asian oil major just may want to consolidate ROC's far flung assets with a t/o .... I like the odds.
