Yes I am a bit quiet. I'm only up 36% on ROC and that's keeping me up at night stressing me out.... My BP is 140/110. Looks like I may only make a half a mill instead of a mill....

I hope you're sympathetic to my problems. Your support in this hour of need and despair would be appreciated. I need some luvvin'
