Don't confuse objective assessment of events with making a loss. Guess what , I have made a 10% profit on what I have sold so far which is a decent profit on the size of my holding .

Btw- you also made a 7% opportunity cost loss since you sold ROC, while at the same time have see your holding of FML fall 20% .
