This has nothing to do with the placement/rights imo.
Agree with ASX360 - very annoying with small caps - I suspect somebody knows something and they act before the market gets told. We just continue to be little mushrooms stuck in the dark basement.
Anyway, too late now. The bad news will come out soon enough. It will be interesting to see who the sellers ended up being.
I too have flagged this a few times with other small caps - ASX/ASIC seems not really interested to look into this - probably too hard to track down and prove.
