yep with Giz as well, this is your stock standard bread and butter cap raise, I don't know at what price it is yet, but basically this will allow them to do two drills completely with contingency, as they had enough money for one, but they had to despec the drill design too much on the second to fit with the current budget..... So I hear....While I used to think that doing cap raises after good announcements made sense, the opposite is actually true. They have to go to the institutions with a good story for them to make their easy money. I would say it would be at a 10-15% discount to the last 5 day WAP or some such. Again at the end of the day, it is either going to flow gold coins or it's cactobunta south. At least they will have another well/chance if the first is a duster. So I think the chances of a cornerstone investor or the like is a pipe dream.
