I understand where you are coming from and maybe I'm becoming immune to dilution with this stock (I've been in it before 76h), but in this case it seems fine. They forked out for a new tree (which look fancy and I'd love to have one as my letter box). They also had down time and additional cheching. When you run the calculator over the new 18millo shares to the 591millo that's only a .03% dilution. which is nothing when you compare it to the F-stick that has been suppressing this stock with those sell orders.
