Well if we go by Ron's statement this is to mitigate unforeseen circumstances and to maintain operational flexibility. You could interpret this and the broader market selling at the moment as a negative announcement or see the positives that money is important in getting this over the line if OEX hits a curve ball. IMO the market can overreact to small setbacks and then it may be tough to raise money when we are so close to commercial success at Cambay.
