yes sushi.. you keep saying that over and over,, i understand what your saying, no one is missing your point..

you have no way of telling how a market would react to a share and how they would value it knowing it absolutely has to raise capital, maybe the possibility of adi achieving any upward momentum could be offset by the severe market reaction to knowing it has to raise capital, it could equally be seen that by not having a cap raising in time would be like a boat anchor.. adi could just have sat in limbo until things happened..
