No what I am saying that RIGHT NOW ADI doesn't need another $5 million and they didn't need to raise it when they, how they did, and at the price they did.

It was ill timed and badly allocated.

To put it plainly it was the worst possible action they could have taken and only served those getting the shares.

It has hurt every other shareholder and the company itself.

The smart thing to do was to wait until the wells were fraced, see the share price higher, offer shares to shareholders on an equal basis and reap the rewards.
