Heres the reason imo they cap raised from page 22 of the April ADI investor preso
"Possible post farm-out wells during 2010 (to be funded by Adelphi at 10% equity) prior to multi-rig development program expected to commence by early 2011."
They obviously want to accellerate some wells into 2010.
