no - i don't, my guess is they either needed it to secure a forward drilling program in 2011, or Yemen is going to have some action in the near term. I think its perfectly reasonable for them to raise cash for 2011 now, particularly if they're negotiating equipment and staffing contracts. Who knows what the scale of the operation will be?
