WAF does not need plenty of cash. The market cap is about 150 million USD. The plant is similar. So about 50% dilution if 100% capital funded by raise equity. I am sure if they go that way, existing holder will be given a discounted place.
Fund may also raised so the whole package, including gold in ground, DFS, and money to build plant, can be sell to a developer. PIR was sold toB2G with plenty cash too, with a premium of course.
Either way, CR is not a bad thing.
