I went chermside shopping centre today to check out the technology. Must admit that i was impressed with being able to find a park as it is usually a painful experience but each parking bay has a light above the space that signals red if occupied and green when empty. You can see quite clearly from the entrance where the empty ones are.
They also have a digital display showing how many spots available on each level.
They are still having technical issues with the light system but you can see how much easier it will be when all the issues are ironed out.
I spoke to a few people at the centre and all had only positive things to say which surprised me as i thought they would be complaining about having to pay for parking.
With the purchase of tcp in the UK this looks to be very promising for the company as a whole.
Am now looking for an entry. Look forward to joining you all as a holder in this company.
