Have you seen the CPV volume? It’s pathetic. Why target CPV?
Also, brokers have research departments that spew out buy and sell recommendations every day. But guess how many are listed on IRESS as researching CPV, ZERO!
Some people find stocks, research them and guess what, sometimes their research comes to the conclusion that the company is doomed and they like talking about it on HC. Does it ever occur to you that that’s all that’s happening here??
