But the Solar Panels they used arnt a Building material in their own right, they are a tack on. Yes they serve a purpose and make good power, and have proven over time to be good pay off if you have a pool or if you use alot of power.

The Problem for roof solar is most of the Power is made while the owners and people arnt home there to use it.

Compared to offices that generally have lights on during the day anyway, so all what the PV Glass power makes would get used, so wouldnt need to feed back surplus to grid for peanuts pay back from the power supplier.
