Spandrel Facade means horizontal panels, and in this case is the horizontal windows 2.1 x 1.2 . So you would have a different material below and above the window. Only the PV glass is factored so its not the entire facade as many here keep wrongly saying.
The spandrel is the cover that goes over each floor slab to hide it. Spandrels are not the windows.
I would also like the supplier of the glass at $10 a m2 and an explanation of what standard glass is. If I can get glass for $10 a m2 I will sack my glazier tomorrow.
