I live on the Gold Coast, Ive got some big Windows in my Lounge TV room that face West, So summer arvos until about 7pm the room is Hot.

If and I say if Low E windows cost $400 per sqm, Im only talking $4,000 or so for those 2 Windows to have been Low E. Its peanuts the cost for what it would improve in comfort.

The Winters wouldnt be as bitter cold either. But My house is 25yrs old and to do a Reno on it properly is like 150k out of my pocket plus 100k of my labour. And that would lift its value 250k but My neighbours homes would rise by 100k next to mine for doing nothing. So all Id be doing is making my neighbours money.

The Future of Building is alot different to the past, people want the latest and greatest and if they can afford it and dont have any problem paying top dollar they will use Quality Stuff.

Being able to have a Low E grade window with switching Glass to make it opaque and a remote open close and remote lock etc, Who would care if the Glass made a $ in payback. Most cases it would be bought just because it powers the opaque switching and the window had a battery in the frame and needed no wiring because it was done by the window maker in the frame.

There is so many different uses around the World and the Company is only just getting off the ground.
