Im a Licenced House Builder, and I can tell you that anyone wanting to build thousands of sqm of Low E glass Windows would shop around and get much cheaper prices to get Low E Glass.
The Costs to supply the first Commercial Quantities of Clearvue Glass would be a matter between the Builder and the supplier that has the Clearvue Licence.
In My Opinion, there is Plenty Of Fat on the Bone between $10 sqm standard Glass and $400 sqm Low E Glass.
Im sure there will be Suppliers lined up ready to make whatever the market wants to buy, there is no shortage of suppliers to make Glass , But in the PV Glass space , there is a shortage of PV Glass technology.
