So the first comparison is Low E to standard, and then from Low E to Clearvue. In the long run, both options are Viable unless you just want a window for a garage on your back shed, just use normal glass.

But if your paying power costs to climate control an office, then Low E glass makes sense as you will get less Heat off the Glass and less Chill, so you can have a desk closer to the Glass on Hot and cold days. And less sick days for staff with the flu... then upgrading to PV as well as Low E grade is fly sheet extra cost considering it can charge your phone and supply WIFI as well.
