Actually, using the $400 per metre cost, plus $50 gives $450 per metre.
From my earlier post:
“How much does a 1.2 x 2.1 panel, in frame, cost? 2.5 sq m. at 100W per sq m per day is 250W per day per panel, or 91kW per year. At 26¢ saving per kWh, that’s $23 per year.”
Your saving $10 per metre per year. So the payback is 45 years. If the $450 is correct, rather than $750 for the industry standard cost.
