So if we are Talking $50 extra per sqm for the Glass. And also Factor the World Average Price of 34c AUD per kwh.

This is a World wide product and the World is the biggest Market so equating based on World average price 34c AUD, I sourced that off a gogle search in USD and converted to AUD is 34c per kwh.

In a Good Sunny spot and Sunny City, each sqm of Glass should get 100w per day average.

So My Calculations to create an ROI say you got a good deal at $50 per sqm extra cost per sqm,

100 watts per day per sqm x 365 days x .34c kwh x 4 years = $49.64c power saved.

A general average installation may not be as high power, but other Greenhouse roof positions would get more per day than 100 watts, mabe 200w per day in the summer per sqm.

Thats just assuming that 100w per day was your average in the good location, and assuming $50 extra per sqm was the cost.

As for Cleaning, Windows generally on a commercial building would get cleaned at least 5 times more often compared to roof solar that has to be cleaned when you wouldnt have cleaned your roof for no reason. Glass gets cleaned because you see out of it anyway.

The tech is inside the Glass layers, so cleaning the outside of it wont damage inside it I wouldnt think.

A scratch on the outside wont damage inside it.

The Window Glass is made the same as the Regular Glass Grade, so should last just as long 25 - 30yrs.
