You are assuming that you are correct, I'm assuming along with a lot of sellers that I'm correct. Isn't that the beauty of a Democracy and free speech. There are countless options for a spandrel facade, but only yours is the correct one.
Either way CPV has done the damage to themselves releasing a document they must have known was going to hurt them. Do you really believe comments on here have driven the price this low?
