Nice analysis of what?
So the world is full of problems. Example - Water - Food - Climate Change - Terrorism and on and on.
So let's come up with an idea and get some money.....
We'll start with energy costs. Hell good idea.... If we can come up with a way to generate electricity without going through the grid we might be on to something. OK .. lets steal from Solar. Can't compare apples with apples but it appears both solar and Clear vue garnish from the sun. Hooray we're on to something here.
The key ingredient in this is the sun and I don't think we can get IP protection on the use of the sun.
W know sunlight generates what we are looking for based on the success of solar so start there but lets find a way to unobtrusively put similar technology onto or into a pane of glass. It should work and it appears it does.
Let's float a company. Theoretically we have some blue sky to sprout.
No one puts their hand up and says Brilliant Idea but is it cost effective. We can see it working but at what cost and what are we going to sell. The technology which we have fragile IP protection on - Answer - Yes because we don't want to be in the manufacturing business.
Off we can go and promote our idea and look for interested parties. We'll put them on our team while we create more interest. We'll do test sites.... not to see if it generates income but to see if we basically do this without batteries.
Hell if we get it to work maybe then we can do a cost benefit analysis. No point of doing it until we know it works.
Test done in the back yard and yep we can power a mobile phone or a fan ... well stick a bloke around the back with a bicycle and let them pedal their heads off - you'll get a favourable result.
I could go on forever but until proven that it does what we want it to do we should promote this stock with a disclaimer.
And currently as far as cap value is concerned you can calculate shares in escrow, options etc but we have a burn rate that has to be topped up.
Our choice down the line is we are going to have to raise more capital.
We can hope the options are a little bit in the money. It looks better converting options to shares. So we have a bit of time to cultivate the dream but either way the number of shares on issue is going to rise.
The question is does it automatically raise the cap value of the company or dilute the benefits because of the increased number of shares.
By the way I see wave energy hit an obstacle yesterday. Gee was good idea at the time but apparently can't make it financially viable.
I'm prepared to finish up with egg on my face. It could all happen for Clear Vue but in fairness to everyone you cannot talk of blue sky as a fait accompli.
